TYTO Construction Transforms an Auto Dealership into a Cool, Stylish Head Office Workspace

Challenge

The TYTO team was tasked with transforming an auto dealership into a stylish head office workspace. The style of the new office was to align to the company’s brand and personality however the client was unaware of how to do this within a very limited budget.

Solution

To align to the client’s brand, the TYTO team created a vintage garage themed design with a modern meeting space in an open flow environment. To minimize the typical expensive steel and wood materials costs, metal cladding, aged textures and a vintage brick wall were constructed.

Result

The client was very pleased with their beautifully designed spacious office. Their employees love working in their new “cool” space, often inviting people to visit their office. The project was completed successfully within the estimated construction timeline and budget.
