This home’s incredible exterior renovation was a series of projects that evolved over time and involved multiple stakeholders. A complete piece by piece transformation of the property was needed to meet the homeowner’s innovative property vision and constant work in progress needs.

Solution

Every square foot of the entire property was excavated to build a 6,000 ft patio, exterior dining area, motorcycle race shop and a hot tub pavilion. Working closely with the project stakeholders’ needs, the TYTO team maintained a positive attitude and professionalism during construction challenges including a mandatory tree relocation and multiple driveway reworks.
